Facility Use and Requests

Thank you for your interest in our facilities! Our campus is a community asset and many organizations use it for meetings, gatherings and special events. The Governing Board, guided by California Ed Code ยง38130-18319, is pleased to authorize the use of Bret Harte Union High School District's facilities to local organizations. All facility requests must be submitted online and at least five (5) working days in advance. Effective August 1, 2025, facility requests are submitted and processed through the District's ML SCHEDULES site.

(2) CREATE A USER ACCOUNT

First-time users will need to Create a User Account on the District's ML Schedules site on behalf of your organization. Go to ca45.mlschedules.com/Register to begin.

(3) SUBMIT A FACILITY REQUEST

After your organization's user account has been established, proceed on submitting a Facility Request on the District's ML Schedules site. Prepare to login each time you visit to the site. District staff and coaches MUST use the "Log In with Google" button to access the system or within Google by clicking on the Google App "Waffle" drop-down and selecting the ML Schedules App. 

Acceptance of terms and conditions must be signed by a representative that has the legal authorization to make decisions on behalf of the organization. Answer all questions accurately and thoroughly to assist with the approval process.

Proof of insurance and proof of non-profit status, if applicable, are required to complete the facility request. Proof of insurance MUST include "Bret Harte Union High School District, PO Box 7000, Angels Camp, CA 95221" named as Additional Insured for $1 Million. Your organization's request will not be processed until these requirements are received.

All Terms and Agreements can be FOUND HERE. There is NO outside use allowed by individuals and/or organizations during school hours or during any Bret Harte student activities, events and/or athletic contests or practices.

(4) APPROVAL AND PAYMENT

Approval and/or denial will be send via email from the District Office. We will do our best to honor requested dates. The District reserves the right to bump or cancel events that may conflict with school related-functions. Payment is based on direct cost calculations. Payments, payable to "BHUHSD," are expected no more than 30 days after use of facilities.
