The annual Household Economic Survey, which replaced the previously-required "Free and/or Reduced-Priced Meal" application, can be completed online through the Campus Portal or by utilizing the following Household Economic Survey link. Note, the survey cannot be completed through the Student Campus Portal. In addition, the survey is mailed home in the opening packet to each student prior to the beginning of the school year. To obtain an additional hard copy, please visit the school office. Questions can be directed to Christine Fouts in the Business Department. If you need assistance with your Parent Campus Portal account, please contact Technology.
