Finishing third in coed team tennis in the Mother Lode League, the team has qualified for the Sac-Joaquin Section’s 2025 D2 Coed Team Tennis tournament and will travel to Ripon on Thursday, May 8 to take on the Ripon Christian Knights in the quarterfinals.

Juniors Brayden Bowersox, Lexie McDaniel, and Yarely Munoz earned 1st-team All-League honors. Bowersox also went undefeated as the boys’ singles 2 in League play. Bowersox became the League’s boys singles tournament champion hosted by Riverbank High School on Thursday, April 24. Sister-duo Yarely and Amaris Munoz became girls' double champions, and McDaniel came in second in girls' singles. These student-athletes will advance to the Sac-Joaquin Section D2 Coed Individual Tennis tournament scheduled to begin May 19 at Oak Park in Stockton.

The last time Bret Harte Tennis advanced to the post-season was in 2012, and the last time the program had an MVP was in 2010 when Joel Ashley became the League’s back-to-back most valuable player. Ashley was joined by Mariah Mathews as the League’s girls co-MVP, and Wesley Sagewalker and Meghan Woods who earned 1st team All-League honors in 2010.
