Congratulations to Bret Harte Students of the Month for March, Jacob Hibdon and Ella Bach, who were honored at the Angels-Murphys Rotary Luncheon on Thursday, March 14. The following information was shared about Jacob and Ella.
“Jacob Hibdon: Due to his quiet demeanor, one might overlook Jacob in class, but it could be guarantee that he is a man of laser focus who is up to challenging himself at all times. Jacob has positively represented Bret Harte in basketball, track, and tennis. He is a member of Spanish Honors Society, the Outdoor Club, and the Ski Club. He has Jacob will attend Columbia College and plans to attend University of Texas, San Antonio where he will focus in a degree in education to prepare a career teaching high school. It would be no surprise if we saw him on the courtside coaching basketball. In his limited free time, Jacob enjoys playing the piano, when he is not watching action movies of documentaries."
"Ella Bach: Ella personifies leadership, seeking and finding opportunities to make Bret Harte a better place. Ella has proudly represented Bret Harte playing golf, basketball, and track. She has been a member of FFA, CSF, and the Ski Club. She was also the originator and first president of FCA. Within the community, Ella has been active providing chair service for FFA BOAC. Ella plans to attend Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she will major in Nursing, prior to entering the medical field. When she is not preparing for the fair and showing her pigs, Ella can be found relaxing watching a rom-com.”
