Congratulations to our fifth Bravo Student of the Month for January recipient, freshman Savannah Petrie. Savannah’s favorite class is Spanish. She is a member of FFA, and a student-athlete competing in volleyball, soccer, and track and field. When student of the month recipients were asked would like to meet among the living or passed, Savannah shared professional soccer player Alex Morgan because she is an inspiration.
“Savannah is always fun to have in class,” shared Spanish instructor Mr. Brady. “She works well with others, engages in group activities, and adds a positive vibe to the class. If every student were like Savannah, my job would be a piece of cake!”
Girls soccer head coach Mr. Burita added, “Savannah was co-captain of the soccer team this year. She takes her role very seriously, visualizes before the game, and performs fantastically. She’s a true all-star.”
The Bravo program encourages a positive school environment where good choices are acknowledged and valued by recognizing and celebrating students who consistently demonstrate positive behavior and strong character. Each month, two juniors, two sophomores, and two freshman are recognized for their demonstration of excellence in the classroom, leadership among peers, and a genuine commitment to our school community.
