Katie Anderson was recognized as the Teacher of Year and Colleen Gavan as the Classified Employee of the Year yesterday Wednesday, April 22 during a staff collaborative planning day.
Anderson joined the District in 2016 as a Special Education teacher, becoming the Special Education Department Chair in 2024. Gavan joined the Counseling + Wellness team in 2023 and is employed as the Wellness & Family Engagement Specialist for the District.
