This is the LAST CALL to complete the Annual Portal Update for the 2023-24 school year on the Campus Parent Portal, which will close after January 31. If you have not already done so, completion will greatly assist faculty and staff stay in communication with your student and their contacts. The process takes no more than 10 minutes to complete. You will be asked to confirm addresses, phone numbers, notification preferences, emergency contacts, and more.
First, log into your Campus Parent Portal account on a desktop browser or on the mobile app. Second, navigate to Menu > More > Annual Update and Registration. Third, select the 2023-24 Annual Update and follow the prompts. Instructions are also attached. You can find the Campus Portal link on the District's webpage or brethartebullfrogs.org. Learn more about the mobile app at brethartebullfrogs.org/page/technology. If you need assistance with Portal access, please contact Technology at igrycel@bhuhsd.k12.ca.us. Include the student and parent/guardian name in correspondence.

WINTER FORMAL UPDATE: "Details for the Winter Homecoming Formal! \\ Where: 1894 6 Mile Rd, Murphys, CA 95247, Ironstone (located in the ballroom) \\ You will go through the top tasting room and down the stairs to get to the ballroom. Drop off and Parking is in the Upper Parking lot-follow the sign on Ironstone's marquee. \\ Time: 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM * Please do not arrive any earlier than 8:00 PM * If not driving parents must pick you up before or right at 11PM \\ Dinner is not provided, only light finger food and desserts will be provided for students. There will also be a mocktail bar. As per Bret Harte policy for the last 20 years, there will be random alcohol testing for students before they enter. Please expect to draw a stick and colored sticks get tested. TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR!... Be prepared for unpredictable weather the day of the dance and plan accordingly... See you there! ATHLETIC CONTEST UPDATE (Thursday, January 04): Bret Harte Girls Basketball will host Argonaut this evening at 7:15 PM, varsity only. The JV game has been canceled. Gate opens at 6:30 PM. In addition, Girls Soccer will host Calaveras. JV game time is scheduled for 4:00 PM followed by Varsity at 5:45 PM. Standard League admission applies. Good luck Bullfrogs!

"Greetings Bullfrogs and Families, The first semester of the 2023-24 school year is now complete. Please refer to the Parent and/or Student Portal to view your student's first semester report card. From the Main Menu, select Documents > 1 st Semester Report Card. Your student is considered academically ineligible and may not participate in athletics if he/she has a GPA of less than 2.0, has 2 F's, 2 INC's, or an F and an INC on their report card. The term of eligibility will begin one week after the grading period ends, or Thursday, December 28, 2023. If you have questions regarding your student's grade, please contact the teacher directly. Teacher contact information can be found on our website under Staff Directory. Please note, report cards are not mailed home. CLASS OF 2024: "Seniors and Parent/Guardians, Graduating seniors have two choices when it comes to their cap and gown for the Class of 2024 Commencement Ceremony. Seniors can purchase either a purple gown with a coordinating gold stole OR a gold gown with a coordinating purple stole. If you would like to change your mind, it is not too late even if you already placed a Jostens order.
