"Dear Parents and Guardians, I hope this message finds you well. It has come to our attention that a rumor has been circulating among students regarding a potential senior prank scheduled for this Friday. Specifically, we've heard that some seniors may be planning to bring younger siblings or even pets to school that day. While we understand the excitement and traditions that often accompany the end of the senior year, we want to be clear: bringing non-students, including younger siblings or pets, to school as part of a prank is not allowed. For the safety and well-being of all students and staff, only currently enrolled students and pre-approved visitors are permitted on campus during school hours. We are asking for your partnership in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and disruption-free environment as we approach the end of the school year. Please speak with your student and remind them of our school policies and the importance of making responsible choices. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to celebrating our seniors in appropriate and meaningful ways in the days ahead. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out." - Jacob Holt, principal

UPDATED CELL PHONE POLICY: "Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, we will be implementing an updated cell phone procedure to support a focused and productive learning environment. Students will be required to keep their cellphones out of sight, securely in backpacks or designated caddies during class time. Cell phones may only be used during class time when specifically authorized by a teacher or staff member for educational purposes. We ask for your partnership in reinforcing this expectation with your child. Please note that repeated cell phone violations will result in a parent/guardian meeting with a school administrator to develop a cell phone contract. Thank you for your continued support. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Learning Director, Cory Williams or Assistant Principal, Amanda Drayton at (209) 736-8339."
