CLASS OF 2026: Reminder >>> The annual Senior Scholarship Awards Night honoring the graduating Class of 2026 is scheduled for next Wednesday, May 06 at 7:00 PM in the Bret Harte Theater. All students who are receiving a scholarship were notified in advance and will not know which scholarships(s) they are receiving until they are announced. All family is invited to attend. Students should dress in “game day attire” as they will be sitting on the stage.

POSTPONED >>> Leadership's Mud Volleyball Tournament scheduled for this Saturday, April 25 at 11:00 AM at Frogtown has been postponed. Stay current on Leadership events at https://www.instagram.com/thepondnation. || MUD VOLLEYBALL: Bret Harte Leadership is hosting a Mud Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, April 25th at Frogtown Arena in Angels Camp. Scan the QR code on the form to sign up, or go to https://forms.gle/pbXukKL5tGgd9Tcx9. Cost is $120 for a team of six or $20 per person, and $5 to watch. The winners of the tournament receive custom-made Mud Volleyball buckles. Tournament begins at 11:00 AM. Teams should arrive at the arena no later than 10:30 AM. This year's belt buckle sponsorships include Bret Harte Volleyball, Motherlode Volleyball Club, Middletons, MVPower, and Meta Services. Prohibited Items: You may not bring prohibited items to the AP Exam. Prohibited items include: Electronic equipment including phones, smartwatches, fitness trackers, wearable technology, cameras, recording or listening devices, or any other type of electronic or communication device. The only exceptions to the above restrictions are laptops or other devices specifically permitted to be used for digital testing. School-owned and school-controlled digital recording devices are allowed only for the AP Spanish Language and Culture Exam. Books, reference guides, notes, compasses, protractors, mechanical pencils, pencils that are not No. 2, correction fluid, dictionaries, highlighters, or colored pencils. Papers of any kind. Scratch paper will be provided. Watches that beep, make a noise, or have an alarm. Computers or calculators that are not approved. Ear plugs.

Additionally, the sheep and goat showmanship day has been rescheduled to Saturday, April 25th at 9am at the sheep co-op. We strongly encourage all exhibiting sheep and goats at the fair to attend! This will count as a project visit and we will be able to get a good weight on your project.
All school farm hog exhibitors are encouraged to attend the showmanship day as well at 10am! If you have any questions, please reach out to your students' species advisors!”

"Fire Tech opens registration for expanded Kids Fire Camp this summer || Bret Harte's fire tech program annual Kids Fire Camp is scheduled for the month of June this summer. Youth participants will receive an introduction to fire science and it's history, hose lay drills, ladders, hands-only CPR, basic first aid, auto extrication, and water rescue. New this year, is a junior camp designed for 2nd through 4th graders.
The Junior Camp, designed for students entering grades 2 – 4 in the fall of 2026, will run 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM Monday, June 8 through Friday, June 12, 2026. The Kids Camp, designed for students entering grades 5 - 8 in the fall of 2026, will run 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM Monday, June 15 through Friday, June 26, 2026 weekdays. Both camps will take place at the Bret Harte Fire Tech Facility, located in Bret Harte's Sports Complex.
