Complete the required permission forms found at https://5il.co/3femp, and return to RM 27 no later than Wednesday, May 14. The trip will depart campus at 8:30 AM and return around 1:30 PM. QUARTER 4 PROGRESS GRADES: Last Friday, April 25th marked the halfway point of the fourth quarter of the 2024-25 school year. Therefore, progress grades are issued to give students and their parent/guardians an overview of their overall performance thus far in the grading period. Please refer to the Parent and/or Student Portal to view your student's "4th Quarter Progress Report." From the Main Menu, select Documents > "4th Qtr Progress Report" for the current school year. REMINDER: "Chicago: The Musical" (Teen Edition), a production by Bret Harte Drama, is scheduled to premiere this Thursday, April 17 at 7:00 PM. Based on the book by Bob Fosse and Fred Ebb, and the play by Maurine Dallas Watkins, "Chicago: The Musical" (Teen Edition) tells the story of two women in search of stardom during the roaring 20s with the complexities of greed, scandal, and betrayal. General admission is $12. Student and seniors are $5. Cash or credit card accepted at the door. No pre-sale tickets. If you miss the first show or want to see it again, additional performances are scheduled for 7:00 PM on April 18, 24 and 25, along with a 2:00 PM matinee show on Saturday, April 19. FFA UPDATE: "All FFA members showing sheep, goats, hogs, cattle, or rabbits at the 2025 Calaveras County Fair, there will be a MANDATORY parent/exhibitor meeting on Tuesday, April 29th at 6:00 pm in the Bret Harte Theater. We will go over expectations, fair preparation and the fair week schedule. FFA members and their parent/guardian are both required to attend. We will also have Diane Eastman in the lobby for you to purchase buyer baskets and gifts. If you would like to purchase a buyer's gift and have it delivered to the fairgrounds on Auction morning, please be ready to place your orders at this meeting! Please make sure that your exhibitors are sending their buyers letters! Buyers' names and addresses are available in the Ag department for students to view. We have a record number of animals this year! Please help to encourage new buyers for our fair. FFA UPDATE: "On Wednesday, April 16th, 2025 we will be holding our last monthly FFA meeting of the year in the MPR! We will begin the evening honoring those FFA members who have attended a minimum of 5 FFA meetings this year and our state degree recipients as well as their parents at 6:00 pm with a tri-tip sandwich dinner. ONLY students who remained on good standings for the entirety of the year will be on the list for dinner. Then, at 7:00 pm we will begin with our formal FFA Meeting to discuss the remaining activities of the school year and recognize our 2025 State Degree members. Other events/reminders as they approach are listed below: • 4/28- CA State FFA Degree Ceremony at Modesto High School, if your student is receiving this award please read the letter that was sent out to you. Congratulations! • 4/29- MANDATORY parent and exhibitor fair meeting beginning at 6:00 pm in the Theater. Be sure to attend if your student is showing at the county fair with Bret Harte FFA. • 5/22- Annual FFA Banquet at Ironstone. This year's Student Career Fair will be held Wednesday, April 16 in the Lower Gym and MPR beginning at 1:30 PM. This event will provide a on a valuable opportunity to expand students' awareness of diverse career paths. Students will attend with their Pond classes. Questions, see Ms. Godfrey.


CLASS OF 2025: This year's annual “On the Right Track” event, sponsored by the Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Thursday, April 10 on Dorroh Field beginning at 9:00 AM.
