IT'S KINDNESS WEEK! While kindness is something we should practice every day, this week is all about reminding ourselves how the smallest acts of kindness can be powerful. Let’s challenge ourselves to go out of our way to show thoughtfulness, respect and care to those around us– friends, classmates, staff and even people we may not know well. Below are your challenges each day this week!

Monday: No school. Help someone out at home or in your community--spend time with loves ones, help with chores!
Tuesday: Give someone a genuine compliment. Make it about their character-- not about how they look.
Wednesday: Help someone feel less awkward! Invite someone into a conversation or group-- say hi to people and learn their names.
Thursday: Kind act without taking credit-- clean up trash that isn't yours, help someone without being asked.
Friday: Come to the kindness table at lunch, spin the wheel, complete a kind act and get some kindness swag.
